At Smoke Culture Australia PTY LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
10-Day Return Window:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the artwork for a full refund. After 10 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the artwork or product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging, and any certificates of authenticity must also be returned. We cannot accept returns for artworks that show signs of damage, alteration, or wear. All items will be inspected before a refund is accepted. If these terms are not met the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at ausmokeculture@gmail.com within the 10-day return window to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the artwork.
- Pack the artwork or product securely in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity.
- Ship the items to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund:
Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Artwork:
If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ausmokeculture@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace your artwork, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective artwork.
